I have been working with Joy Howard and Dental Ed, Inc, for the past 8 years and have been extremely pleased with her services. As the owner of a busy dental practice, I need to delegate my OSHA training to a professional who will keep me compliant and current with ever-changing regulations. Joy does just that. I have no concerns about the safety of my employees and patients nor the threat of a “surprise” inspection and their resultant fines for non-compliance. I also appreciate that she will come to our dental office annually for required continuing education courses and do a mock OSHA inspection and make recommendations to stay in compliance. Our practice started using Joy Howard and Dental Ed Inc. for our compliance services about 4 years ago and it has been a great fit for our office. Joy came in initially and set us up with an organized filing system and confirmed we were in compliance. She now comes yearly and replaces what needs to be replaced and educates us on changes and updates for infection control, CDC, OSHA and Dental Law. Bringing her light sense of humor, Joy alternates her course material to cover all necessary continuing education requirements for licensing. Having her in-office service is more convenient then having to go to seminars or dental conventions which allows 1 on 1 questions and discussions. We had the privileged of learning from her daughter Joyce this past June and they make a great team! We highly recommend Dental Ed Inc. for in-office compliance services.
