Annual OSHA Update Membership

California Dental Practice Act

The course meets the Dental Board of California requirement for CEU license renewal every 2 years. This dynamic course equips attendees with the knowledge to navigate key aspects of dental practice and patient care. Participants will learn to identify various licensing categories and permit programs, along with the specific functions allowed for different dental auxiliaries. The course also delves into the critical topic of abuse and neglect, helping attendees recognize the signs and symptoms in both children and elders, and understand their role as mandatory reporters. Infection Control

This course covers the 2-hour requirement for the Dental Board of California for Infection Control for license renewal every two years. This essential course is designed to empower dental professionals with critical infection control skills. Attendees will gain a deep understanding of the importance of personal protective equipment and learn how to effectively use disinfectants and barriers to ensure a safe environment. The course will also cover the correct methods for sharps disposal and other key engineering controls, providing insight into the transmission of bloodborne pathogens. Finally, participants will master the Minimum Standards for Infection Control as outlined in the California Dental Practice Act, ensuring compliance and safety in every aspect of their practice.

Workplace Violence Prevention Plan

This course is specifically designed for dental professionals to address the unique challenges of workplace violence in dental offices. Dental offices face distinct risks, including patient-related conflicts, employee disputes, and external threats, making it essential to implement a tailored Workplace Violence Prevention Plan.
