Prices cover offices with up to 20 team members (add $50 for each extra group of up to 10). Multi-location offices save 5% (2–3 locations) or 10% (4–5) on annual plans; call us for 6 or more. Live training is on Zoom. In-person training for offices more than 50 miles from San Diego, CA adds a travel fee that isn't included in plan pricing. Memberships are non-refundable. Questions? Is the state add-on an extra charge?

No. Your state's add-on is included in every plan.

How does live training work if we're not near San Diego?

Live training is on Zoom and included in your plan. Complete offices can choose in-person training instead; offices more than 50 miles from San Diego, CA pay a separate travel fee.

Do the courses count for license renewal CE?

Dental Ed is an AGD PACE approved provider (#310218). Check your state board's rules for how many hours you need and which formats count. Colorado's requirements are on our Colorado page.

What if a new team member joins mid-year?

Every plan includes a new-hire kit and make-up courses, so new team members can complete their training without waiting for next year's session.

Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

CALM memberships are non-refundable. Call us with any questions before you choose a plan.
